This is dinner preparation at Accra Secondary school. The fish are boughten the day before and kept in a freezer. About 800 girls board, so this will be their dinner.
I did not have this dinner and it takes all day. The girls do not help with this. They bring their own dish to the meal and clean it afterwards though.
Its nice to see food being prepared fresh, on site, not somewhere far away, packaged and processed. Mybe we could learn something from this. And I agree with Mr. K Delicious!!!!!
Wow that is a lot of food preparation!! How long does the process take? Do the students help in preparations as well?
